(hereinafter, ‘the website’)’ complies with ‘Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection’, putting great importance on your personal information. Through the privacy policy, the website lets you know in which manner and for what purpose the information you offered is being used and which measure is being taken for protecting personal information.    The information you submit for member registration, etc. will be transferred to a separate DB(in case of paper, a separate document cabinet) after the purpose is achieved, and will be destructed after some period of time according to the reasons of personal information protection(refer to periods for holding and using) of the internal policy and other related laws.
   The personal information transferred to another DB will not be used for another purpose apart from the purpose of being stored except for the case affected by the law.

   2) Destruction Method

   Personal information saved in digital file types will be deleted by the technological method that makes it impossible to restore them.

8. Offering the personal information

   The website doesn‘t offer any personal information of users outside in principle. However, the cases below are excepted.

   - The case where users agreed in advance
   - The case where a provision of the law is applicable or where there is a request from an investigation agency according to the procedures or method stipulated in the law for the investigation purpose.

9. Consignment of personal information collected

   The website doesn’t consign any of your information to a third-party company without your consent.
   We will ask you for an agreement in advance, if it is needed, after notifying you about the company for consignment and the contents of the work needed.

10. The right of users and legal representatives and the method of exercise

    Users can check/edit their information, or cancel their member registration by clicking ‘Personal information edit’ (or ‘Member information edit’, etc.) for checking/editing their information or clicking ‘Cancel member registration’ for Canceling member registration(withdrawal of consent).
    Or, if you contact the person in charge of personal information by sending documents, phone calls, or e-mail, those will be treated immediately.
    If you ask for an edit of an error of your personal information, we don’t use or offer the personal information of the year before the requested content is corrected. Furthermore, if the wrong personal information was already forwarded to the 3rd party, we will have it corrected by immediately notifying the corrected result to the 3rd party.
    The website processes the personal information that is canceled or deleted by the request of the user as stated in “Period of holding and using the personal information collected”, and makes it impossible to browse or use the information for other purposes.
    When it comes to a child younger than 14 years old, the legal representative shall have the right to view/edit the personal information of the child and cancel the consent of collecting and using the information.

13. Video processing system operation

    1) Purpose of Video processing system operation

    The company complies with Article 25(1) of the Personal information protection act, installing and operating the video processing system to secure the safety and prevent financial damages from security issues, fire, theft, etc. with the goal of restraining the operations for other purposes and protect personal information.

    2) Responsibilities and rights

    The relevant team head(General affairs, management/labor supporting team) and the staff who are engaged in the installation and operation of the system shall be given the responsibility and right as below.

    a. Operation of autonomous security system in each business site

    b. Installation and Management of autonomous security system

    c. Receive/handle complaints related to the video processing system and collect/process video information

    3) Basic principles of video processing system operation

    a. Video processing system installation and operation should be limited to the area where concrete and substantial risks of security issues, fire, theft, etc. could arise.

    b. When installing video processing systems, figure out the measure to minimize the risks of violating portrait rights, private secrets, freedom, etc. of the subject by reviewing and analyzing them in advance.

    c. Notify that the video processing system works and the purpose of the video processing system in many corners of the company.

    d. The person in charge of the video processing systems operation shall not control them by themselves to get video information not related to the purpose of the installation and shall not set the functions such as rotation, zoom-in, etc.

    4) Information storing

    a. In terms of recording method and time, 24hours of recording with fully using the DVR (or NVR) feature is the principle, but considering the storage capacity, make the recording only work for motion status.

    b. Storing for more than 1 month should be available on video information collected.

    c. Set the places the DVR (or NVR) as a restricted area or protect them with locking devices of racks to prevent illegal access to information and falsification, leakage, or damage of the information.

    d. Video information specially treated such as storing instruction due to an accident, etc. shall be proceeded with according to the relevant laws, if it is stored in sub-storage, delete them immediately once the reason for storing them disappeared.

    5) Offer the information

    a. Video information shall not be used for other purposes than the original purpose of the video processing system installation and shall not be offered for another person to browse them except the one who has the right to access them.

    b. Video information can be offered upon the approval of the head of the assigned team in the business site if the situation falls into the cases below.① Where an employee asks for browsing the information with submitting the incident or accident, etc.② Where it is needed for investigations or judicial cases to continue③ Where there is a special regulation on this in the law④ Where the necessity of browsing the video information is determined by the head of the assigned team in the business site and the security manager

    c. When offering the video information, minimize the time and range of the recording considering the need.

    6) Procedure for browsing and offering the information

    a. If an employee or a stakeholder requires browsing and copying the video information, they should get approval from common from the head of the assigned team with the common form of video information requests (the form in the instructive guideline of autonomous security system operation) filled by them.

    b. Operation manager receives video information request forms and manage them, offer the information, and check if the information is in line with the purpose of the request form.

    c. If different information from the purpose written on the request form was requested, report this to the head of the assigned team, and follow the punishment procedure of the company.

    7) Confidentiality duty of video information processing staff

    The staff who processes or used to process video information must not leak the information they happened to know, process it without authority, or use it for the wrong purposes such as offering it to 3rd party, etc.
