3. Retention and use period of personal information
-The Company shall retain the visit log and personal information for one year by default. - The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period or the achievement of the purpose of processing. -After the retention period has elapsed or when the purpose of providing information has been fulfilled, it shall be completely deleted so that it cannot be reproduced (deletion of the reception history DB).
The company processes and holds the personal information within the holding and using period according to the laws or within the holding and using period aggreged by the subject of the information when collecting the information. We hold the information during the operation period of the customer consultation service, and it shall not be used for other purposes.
4. Right to refuse consenting to collecting and using personal information
